Cast and Cure Label

Holosafe’s unique ‘Cast & Cure’ technology adds an additional security layer, value and attraction to your label at very reasonable costs. The Cast and Cure process involves  a UV-curable coating applied directly to a printed label. A web of Cast and Cure film is then laminated to the wet surface, imparting the film’s unique micro-embossed surface onto the coated surface.
Due to the use of holographic technology, Cast and Cure can also aid in product identification and entry-level security solutions. We offer customised solutions as per customer’s requirements.
